This is a specialist film for passenger ships and ferries, commissioned by the United Kingdom Chamber of Shipping to address crowd management issues on board passenger vessels.

The film has been made with the full co-operation of The Maritime and Coast Guard Agency (MCA), Stena Line and P&O Ferries. The film carries an (MCA) endorsement stating "it believes the film will be a useful tool in training ship's crew in respect of crowd management as referred to in STCW 95".

The film leads viewers through the sequence of events that would result in the evacuation of a vessel carrying passengers and the actions and responsibilities of the crew designated crowd management roles. All aspects of the STCW Code regulation V-2.1 are addressed.
